At Clotacin, we understand the unique challenges of living on blood thinners like warfarin, Coumadin, or Jantoven. That’s why we created a complete multivitamin without Vitamin K—specially formulated to support your health without interfering with your INR.

Our journey began with personal experience. After being diagnosed with Factor V Leiden thrombophilia and experiencing a pulmonary embolism in 2006, Justin began taking warfarin—a lifelong treatment. Like many others, he quickly discovered how difficult it was to find a multivitamin that wouldn’t affect his INR. That experience inspired the creation of Clotacin: a solution developed by warfarin patients, for warfarin patients.
